When you create a customized view in your DAT iQ dashboard — with filters, dates, equipment types, etc. — you can now save that exact view using a unique URL.
Generate your saved view link
- Apply any filters, settings, or date ranges you want.
- Click “Save View” in the top right of the dashboard.
- You’ll see a message confirming your unique URL has been created.
- To save it:
- Bookmark the URL in your browser (like Chrome or Edge), and give it a clear name.
- Or click “COPY” in the URL text field and share it with a teammate via chat or email.
Note: This URL is not saved inside DAT iQ. It’s up to you to store it somewhere that’s easy to access again.

Updating a saved view
If you open a saved view and make changes, clicking “Save View” again will generate a new URL reflecting the updated filters and settings. The original link will not update automatically.

- Organize bookmarks into folders and use clear naming conventions for frequently used views.
- Add notes to remind yourself what each view is for—especially helpful when managing multiple saved views.
- Share URLs with teammates so everyone’s aligned on the same data view.
- Use relative date ranges like “Last Week (LW)” instead of fixed dates to keep your views up to date automatically.
